Will A Restuff Work For Me?

Replacing loose saggy couch cushions and chair cushions with new ones can make all the difference. However, if your cushion is attached or if your frame and webbing is compromised then you will need an upholsterer to repair and restuff the cushions for you.

What is Dacron / Batting?

Dacron is to batting is like Kleenex is to tissue paper. Dacron acts as a buffer between the foam and fabric to reduce friction between the two. It also provides a soft bounce to the foam as well as fill in any slack within the cushion.

Why Can’t I Do This Myself?

You can, but it isn’t easy. Well, let’s rephrase, getting the foam OUT of the casing is easy, but putting it back in casing is a whole different ball game. We’ve had plenty of customers tell us they’ve tried to do it themselves and gave up.

How Long Does it Take?

While we cannot control what happens to deliverables in transit, we do our best to get your casings checked in and sent back to you ASAP. You can expect to receive your new cushions approx. 1-2 weeks after receipt of your empty casing depending on shipping selection.

What is High Density Foam?

High density foam is the most common foam used for furniture production. It is manufactured to have a strong cell-structure for high durability and longevity. Density indicates how durable the foam is, not how soft or firm it is.

What if My Cushions Don’t Have a Zipper?

Unfortunately, if you don’t have a zipper, then the cushions will have to be opened up by the seam and sewed back together. We don’t recommend customers attempting to open the cushions on their own.

What Do I Do Until Then?

We recommend hanging on to your old cushions in the meantime. Throw a blanket over them so you can still use your furniture while we get your new restuffed cushions shipped back to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 Day Guarantee on our service. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our solution, contact our customer service so we may resolve the issue! We do not accept returns on cushion orders unless there is a flaw with the material or a manufacturing error. Every cushion is custom cut to fit the casing.
